Our business is a special place filled with special people who share a common goal to create a community that brings joy into our lives and the lives of those we serve, you, our dear clients. Those team members who do not feel comfortable in such an environment are either washed out or are asked to leave in order to make space for those who do.
Over the past few years, we have experienced great stress in attracting the quality of people who do share our common goal and the pursuit of excellence in all that we do. Yes, we have had many who have come and gone, but ultimately the right people hear the call of their hearts and follow it to the ends of the earth in order to reach true happiness. Such as the case with our new team members, which we are proud to introduce in this first newsletter of 2021. These are the people who work extremely hard in order to make the process of the renovation journey in your home, seamless. We hope you enjoy meeting each and every one of them in our showroom.
Michelle Tallent
Kitchen and bathroom designer with over 10 years of experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
Michelle and her family moved to the Dallas area from Graham, Washington after seeing our ad on Indeed for the right person to be our kitchen and bathroom designer. Michelle’s heart was filled with joy when she read our ad on Indeed and discovered there was a company that shared her vision and goals in life while doing what you love to do. Imagine, telling your family, I found my ideal job with a company that believes in the same things I do, but there’s a small challenge, we will need to move 2,225 miles for me to be happy? Yes, I know. Huge sacrifices had to be made by all in order to help Michelle fulfill her dream. Yes, she is one of our amazing additions to our team of incredible people doing things to make a difference in our lives. Michelle is a beautiful person inside and out; a person can feel her caring heart just by being in her presence. She is a very creative and talented interior designer with a specialty in custom cabinetry and everything associated with kitchen and bathroom designs. She has worked with other design-build firms in the WA state, has a keen eye for details and can spot a mistake a mile away. Dedicated to our process for documentation, 3-D renderings and details in order to empower our field crew to deliver your dream.
Barbara Kullin
My new Executive Administrative Assistant with the heart of gold, the voice of an angel and a servant’s heart.
Her goal is to make my life easier and your projects smoother. Barbara has years of experience as a Legal Executive Administrative assistant, she is seasoned and dedicated to providing our clients with a world-class experience. Barbara is the one who will answer your questions with the passion to understand you and your goals when you do call our office. She is loyal, dedicated and the kind of person who will move a mountain in order to make a difference in your experience while we serve you in making your dreams come true with your renovation projects. Barbara is dedicated to our process of creating one-of-a-kind experiences for all our clients. Barbara is married and she and her husband have 4 kids, they live in Melissa TX. Barbara and her family moved to the DFW area from Washington State a few years back.
Samuel S. Dzinic
Marketing and IT work. Samuel graduated high school during the Covid-19 pandemic. He has been part of the Euro Design Build team since he was a baby. Sammy would travel with his mom, Melinda to the projects during the construction phase to oversee the design details and would always be the junior host at each Euro event. He has learned much about kitchen and bathroom design, residential construction and customer service from the back seat of his mom’s car.
