Introducing our highly esteemed plumber, Joe Allen Schulten. A behind-the-scenes look at a true professional that takes pride in doing things right the first time – every time.
A True Professional
Loyalty and trust are hard to come by these days. And these qualities are especially important to a discerning homeowner looking for some professional help with their home. At Euro, we work and employ only the absolute best. In our 20+ years’ experience, we have come across some professionals that stand out from all the others. Our plumber, Joe Allen Schulten, is one of those men.
As you know, we are only as good as the weakest link on our projects. In this specific industry, we have to take this very seriously simply because the weakest link has the potential to make or break an entire project. The most delicate part of our projects is typically the water handling portion. This portion of the work is made up of two very specific components, the plumbing fixture itself and the plumber doing the work.
The Plumbing Fixture
The quality of plumbing fixtures has changed drastically over the past two decades since the manufacturing process was taken globally. The most important part of the fixture is something you cannot even see. The inner body of a fixture is usually built out of brass and porcelain discs, however lower-end manufacturers are choosing to replace brass with plastic, aluminum and a combination of metals that have a potential to rust. Typically, this part of the fixture is hidden beneath the overall design and beauty of the decorative finish. Which, are things you see that do not have as big of an impact on the durability of the product.
To find a manufacturer that is still choosing to build their fixtures the right way, you will need to find a trusted professional to guide you through the many choice of plumbing manufacturers. My recommendation is not to try do this on your own unless you know what to look for.
The Plumber Doing the Work
How do you know you have a plumber who is committed to excellence and someone you can trust to use the correct material and do things right in areas you will never be able to see until it’s too late? Well, you need a trusted professional who can refer you to someone you can trust. At Euro Design Build, we are honored to have attracted someone we can trust all of our projects to. This trusted professional is Joe Allen Schulten, a master plumber who is now part of our team and fully embraces our definition of integrity, excellence, world class service and doing things right even when no one is looking.
Who is Joe Allen?
Joe Allen had a successful and thriving plumbing business in California with a stellar reputation, however, he and his wife Summer, decided it was time to move closer to family. Since Joe’s wife has some health-related issues, Joe decided it was important to their quality of life to be closer to her family. So, early part of last year, Joe and his lovely wife Summer made their move to McKinney, TX and we couldn’t be luckier for it.
Joe’s attention to detail is evident in everything he does. From water lines to exact rough-in copper line work to the precision level of each copper line being drilled through the studs and supported with metal ties.
Why do we feel Joe is the Best?
Just recently we had experienced his commitment to excellence. Joe had completed another exact rough-in plumbing work in a shower. He then came back a day later to see that the shower was reframed, but he noticed that the center of the plumbing fixture was off by ½” on the wall. Joe reacted immediately and ask if we can reframe the wall to ensure the plumbing was centered on the wall. if not, he would be redoing the plumbing lines to make sure everything was centered.
This attention to detail is the reason our projects are truly built to last. Thanks to Joe and the other seasoned professionals at Euro Design Build, you can always rest easy knowing you’re getting the best possible service and product.
