Christopher Circle Exterior Remodel

incredible transformation

We are truly proud to showcase this incredible transformation, which took 6 months to build following a 3-month design phase. Our client, a long-time resident of this home, had a deep appreciation for modern architecture, clean lines, simple detailing, and durable natural materials—both inside and out.

The greatest challenge? The existing house, which the homeowner had lived in for nearly two decades, was a blend of old-world Mediterranean and Southwest styles. With post-COVID home prices skyrocketing, buying a new home wasn’t a viable option. After careful research, he chose to stay and transform his current home into a modern retreat that aligned with his lifestyle and vision for his retirement years.

That’s where we came in. We began with a hand-sketch to ensure our vision matched his, and the rest was history.

All the original Southwest-style stone was removed and replaced with New Tech Wood Siding, a durable, maintenance-free exterior material. The existing brick was repaired and painted in Lime Paint. We installed all new resized and squared off Marvin windows and accented them with a rich ebony-stained cedar detail. The front entry was reimagined with clean lines and now features a stunning, oversized metal pivot door.

On the garage side, a wood dormer in the primary bathroom was closed off from the front view, but we added a transom window on the opposite side to preserve natural light. We also installed new insulated modern garage doors, updated the hardscape with clean, straight lines, and refreshed the landscape with simple, modern plantings. Architectural exterior lighting completed the transformation, bringing warmth and sophistication to the home’s new facade.

We are truly honored to have had the opportunity to help such a wonderful client bring his vision to life.
