When I interviewed for the Office/Accounting Manager position at Euro Design Build, speaking to Melinda was like a breath of fresh air.

I come from a construction family—my husband is the vice president of a Redi-mix concrete company, and I got my start working for my father, the president of a commercial and industrial insulation company. After leaving to work with a design build firm, I noticed that everything in this industry is cut throat and all about the bottom line. At some point over the last 30 years, America lost its standards for quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Jonni Berkley has been with Euro since June, 2018 and serves as interior designer for Euro Design Build. Jonni works very closely with Melinda to make sure that our clients receive only the very best in design and construction. Jonni attended The Art Institute of Indianapolis where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Jonni has a passion for design and it is evident in the work she produces. Each day, she strives to make an impact on the lives of her family, friends, clients, and community. Jonni enjoys practicing meditation and yoga each day, as well as spending quality time outdoors with her husband and their dog.

Seval Dzinic, CFO/COO and Co-founder of Euro Design Build

A lot of times when you see the owner of a business, they are busy promoting the company and talking about how they are the next best thing. Seval is the “quiet promoter,” preferring to use his actions more than his words.

Many of our clients see him at their projects coming and going and occasionally doing a little bit of manual labor. Seval carefully manages our team of skilled craftsmen and has a hand in the production and completion of all our clients’ projects. Nothing is beneath him in his effort to ensure everything is being completed to the “Euro Design Build Standard.” His ability to obtain a level of perfection—whether it’s the detail of the custom cabinet construction or the way the trim carpentry work gets finished after it’s installed—is unsurpassed.
